You could even take advantage of one of our Planning Packages and turn your Wo-man Cave into living accommodation for an elderly relative, independent teen or perhaps gain an extra rental income (subject to PP)

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US
Wo-man Cave was set up by James and Kimberley. James is a builder with 25 years experience in the construction industry and in 2017, he surprised Kimberley with a bespoke outdoor room complete with bar for her birthday. Kimberley added her own touches and the room soon became the envy of their friends. In 2021 they started Wo-man Cave Ltd and have continued to build more bespoke rooms for many clients across Hampshire, Berkshire and the Surrounding Areas.

Based in the picturesque village of Little London, Hampshire, their own bar became their original perfect showroom. Such as the demand for their Caves in May 2025 they were able to open their three new purpose built Showrooms @ Greenacres RG26 3AF. Available to view without an appointment Mon-Fri 10.00-16.00 & Sat 10.00-13.00 with a member of the team on site to answer any questions Tues, Thurs & Sat 10.00-13.00

Why Wo-Man Caves?Well, we thought it shouldn't just be men that get their own cool caves in the garden; our garden rooms are for men and women, hence wo-man! In fact they're for the whole family to enjoy. Whatever extra space you want, we can make it for you, completely customised. So have a think, what would you like at the end of the garden; a home office, a music room, a bar, a yoga studio, a cinema room, a kids playroom? The possibilities only stop at your imagination.

Do I need planning permission for a bespoke Wo-man Cave?No, generally you will not need Planning Permission for our Wo-Man Caves as they fall within permitted development. However, we will be able to provide you with the advice you need if we think your circumstances may require Planning consent.

How much does a Wo-man cave cost?We adhere to a fully transparent pricing policy to turn key of £1500 plus vat PSQM for all Caves 9sqm and above, £1600 plus vat PSQM for all Caves below 9sqm which includes the concrete base, electrical connection, timber frame, Celotex insulation, Superior Roof, Canopy, all internal and external (on canopy) LED downlighters, electrical sockets, OSB reinforced walls, A rated French Doors if under 14sqm, Aluminium bi fold doors if above 14sqm, 1 x 2050 x 600mm full length A rated picture window, fully plastered, decorated, heating, flooring, skirting, guttering, soffits and fascias, finished in a contemporary maintenance free composite or traditional Red Wood cladding, along with fibre cement boards to meet Fire Regulations * British/ Canadian Western Red Cedar, WC/Shower Room, AC, Underfloor heating, Bar, Kitchenette, hard wired internet connection, Solar panels, wood burner etc available at an extra cost ** Model above 'The Caversham' 9sqm finished to turn key £13,500 plus vat** Please fill out our contact form, message us on FB or give us a call to arrange a meeting in our showroom, where we will be happy to provide you with a free no obligation quote.

Can I have electricity and plumbing?Yes, we build garden rooms with plumbing, electricity and heating. Our Wo-man Caves are comfortable to be in all year round, the perfect extension to your home which makes the most of your garden.

How environmentally friendly are Wo-Man Caves?Our bespoke garden rooms are fully insulated with double glazed windows and doors. This makes them incredibly efficient. If required, we can also fit solar pannels, rain water collection systems and striking remote-controlled coloured LED lighting, for an extra tick in the box.

Can I install a log burning stove?Yes of course! Your garden room is custom built for you, we'll even work out where's the best place to store your logs!

Can I choose the exterior cladding?Whether it's wood, metal, composite or something else entirely different, we'll do our best to source the perfect cladding for your desired look.

Do you offer custom paint work?Yes, we work with a local artist who specalises in custom paint jobs. So if you want your garden room to completely reflect your style, why not add something totally unique. Whatever you want, we can do it for you; set us the challenge and see what happens!
